基于3S技术的耕地退化监测与评价技术方法探讨Discussion on the Technology Route for Land Degradation Monitoring and Assessment based on 3S Technologies

摘要(Abstract):
综合分析了国内外关于土地退化监测与评价方法的进展 ,以绝对退化思想为指导 ,提出了基于 3S技术的耕地退化监测与评价技术路线框架 ,即综合运用 3S技术 ,分析影响土地利用与耕地退化的自然、环境与社会经济要素 ,建立基于 3S技术的耕地退化监测与评价的指标体系 ,提出基于 3S技术的耕地退化信息提取方法 ,建立基于 3S技术的耕地退化定量评价模型和评价方法 ,定量分析土地利用与耕地退化的生态环境响应 ,从土地利用的角度提出解决耕地退化的调控措施、政策及建议
