基于图论的影像匹配粗差探测算法An image matching gross error detection algorithm via graph theory

摘要(Abstract):
针对数字影像匹配中,匹配粗差不可避免的问题,该文提出了一种图论的影像匹配粗差探测算法。首先将位于左右影像上的匹配点构成完全图;然后利用三角形相似性将两个完全图导出一个属性图;最后通过迭代算法,依次剔除图中属性值低的节点,直至整个图的平均节点属性值趋于稳定。通过模拟数据实验发现,本文算法的粗差识别率高达100%,而粗差误判率仅为3%。通过真实的匹配数据发现,相比RANSAC算法,经过本文算法处理的数据定位精度更高,保留的正确匹配点更多,且对匹配点的分布影响更小,从而证实了本文算法的有效性与稳定性。
