城市信息化的基本框架The Fundamental Framework of Urban Informatization

摘要(Abstract)：
城市信息化是我国当前的热点问题。从城市信息化的定义、研究内容、城市信息化的关键技术、标准规范以及城市信息化的基础设施建设等内容 ,提出了一个较为完整的城市信息化发展框架 ,指出城市信息化需要城市信息的进一步开发和利用 ,并需要加强信息人才的培养及信息知识的普及。
