RTCM标准的电离层延迟改正信息编解码方法A method of encoding and decoding ionospheric delay correction information based on RTCM standard

摘要(Abstract):
针对传统电离层延迟改正计算方法不能有效消除电离层折射影响的问题,该文通过分析国际海运事业无线电技术委员会(RTCM)发布的RTCM3.X协议标准,根据其中为用户预留的部分自定义消息内容,提出将区域连续运行参考站(CORS)计算得到的高精度电离层延迟改正信息,编排设计为RTCM电文播发给用户使用,并实现了编解码程序设计,用户无需自行建立复杂的改正模型,即可得到高精度的电离层延迟改正信息。经实验验证,在编码、传输、解码后,电离层模型系数的误差在±0.001以内,太阳经度的误差在±0.000 1以内,均处于允许的误差范围以内。实验结果表明,该文提出的电离层延迟改正信息编解码方法是切实可行的。
