口袋公园空间适宜性及多目标优化选址分析The analysis of spatial suitability and multi-objective optimal location of Urban Pocket Park

摘要(Abstract):
针对口袋公园选址研究时缺乏对自身独特差异性的考虑,或选址模型较为简单的问题。该文选取武汉市汉阳区为研究区,在公园空间适宜性评价基础上,采用多目标决策模型(MCDM)分阶段进行口袋公园布局优化。结果表明:(1)社会经济因素是影响口袋公园适宜性评价的主导因素,人口与交通是社会经济因素中的最主要因子;(2)包含服务功能、生态功能和兼顾社会公平期望的MCDM模型适应性较好,分阶段优化后,最终新建口袋公园77个,居民点覆盖率达到92.43%,重点污染源覆盖率达到100%,各街道、社区公园分布均衡,绝大多数居民对公园的使用需求达到满足。
