摘要(Abstract)：
<正> 大地测量学者对水准测量折光差问题的研究,迄今已有近百年的历史了。从早期的雷尔克、拉列曼、约旦、奥西波夫到后来的库卡梅奇、巴甫洛夫和塔捷维扬等都认真地研究过这个问题。五十年代后期的恩津、莫佐兴、列潘、韦伯、沃伦和霍德尔等人,又进一步研究了折光差问题。但至今对折光差的作用性质,仍有一定程度的争议,而且一直是大地测量研究的重要课题之一。1982年
