基准地价的空间句法研究——以黄石为例Standard land price of Huangshi based on space syntax

摘要(Abstract)：
本文研究利用空间句法与GIS集成工具Axwomen对城市形态进行分析研究,揭示空间句法形态、分析变量集成度与基准地价的关系。以黄石市为例,分析集成度与商业基准地价的相关关系,建立回归模型。结果表明两者具有强相关性,依据集成度数值可对基准地价成果进行优化和验证,但利用其预测地价时需综合考虑其他因素。
