综合协调交叉效率评价模型的构建与应用Construction and application of integrated coordination and cross-efficiency evaluation model

摘要(Abstract)：
针对基于数据包络评价模型在自评体系下的"扬长避短"、完全优劣排序、极端权重等问题,该文提出了综合协调交叉效率评价模型,该模型包含19个评价指标,其中11个投入,8个产出,能够通过放松一般的交叉效率模型的平均假设性,克服平均交叉效率模型的多解性和不稳定性等问题,从而减少区域可持续发展评价的加权投入与加权产出之间的离差。采用该模型对我国31个省级区域的可持续发展效率评价为例进行实验,结果表明,本文构建的区域可持续发展的综合协调交叉效率评价模型的评价功能更为细致和精确。
