面向防汛服务工作的电子政务信息化管理和实践Informatization management and practice for flood prevention service work oriented E-government

摘要(Abstract)：
本文介绍所研制的基于GIS的网络平台,采取远程信息服务模式,自动获取、加载和整合气象、水文、遥感、灾害等防汛相关信息,实现了全天24小时无间断的运转,最终为政府部门提供防汛的辅助决策。
