关联规则的违规采矿时空发生特征研究Study of the spatial and temporal occurrence characteristics of illegal mining sites based on association rules

摘要(Abstract):
为了有效地打击各类矿业违法活动,该文全面地研究了违规开采行为的时空发生规律。以大-小兴安岭地区为研究区,基于Apriori算法,按照违规采矿事件的性质特征对关联规则进行升级和优化,在权重和多维思想的引导下发掘一套运用于采矿点时空特征挖掘的方法,并将其应用在研究区的违规采矿点时空关联性分析中,提取了4条有效强关联规则。结果表明,煤矿和铁矿违规开采在对应矿石价格较高的年份集中分布在资源赋存条件较好的锡林郭勒盟;而建筑类矿产资源违规开采如建筑用花岗石和建筑用砂则主要出现在政策管控较弱的年份,并集中在城市化及基础建设较为活跃的呼伦贝尔市。因此,在进行矿产资源开发秩序监测时可充分把握违规开采行为的发生规律,提升监管效率。
