全局测量空间点位测量精度仿真分析方法Simulation analysis method of point measurement accuracy in global measurement space

摘要(Abstract):
针对大型装备制造业测量空间范围大、精度要求高、精度较难控制等问题,该文对点位误差分布规律的仿真分析方法进行了研究。以徕卡TM30全站仪测量系统为例,基于误差传播定律,针对数学解析法、数理统计法和误差椭球法,推导得到全站仪测量误差分布模型,编程实现了全局测量空间中点位误差的仿真分析。根据点位误差分布规律和影响程度的差异,基于观测要素和坐标值讨论分析了3种方法在实际工程应用中各自的优势和局限性。通过对精度的控制,可方便控制点的选取,以最大限度地提升整体测量精度,优化测量方案。
