谱投影梯度算法的GPS钟差短期预报应用Application of SPG algorithm in GPS short-term clock error prediction

摘要(Abstract):
针对钟差一次差分数据中仍存在非平稳信号的影响,该文引入了一种以压缩感知理论为基础,结合L1范数的谱投影梯度(SPGL1)算法来实现GPS卫星钟差的短期预报。首先利用中位数法剔除钟差中的异常值;然后根据钟差数据的特点,选择合适的采样率,以傅立叶正交变换矩阵作为稀疏矩阵,结合SPGL1算法进行去噪处理;最后通过傅立叶反变换获得最终预报值。实验结果表明:SPGL1算法的预报精度与采样率、建模数据量有关,当采样率为80%~90%时,SPGL1算法的预报精度要明显优于二次多项式模型、谱分析模型以及灰色模型(1,1),而且利用SPGL1算法进行钟差预报具有更好的预报稳定性。
