地理信息技术辅助的广播电视频率规划TV broadcasting frequency programming based on GIS

摘要(Abstract):
针对广播电视频率规划无法直观展示且耗时耗力的问题,该文提出将地理信息系统的理论与方法应用在广播电视频率规划领域,通过利用地理信息空间数据库辅助广播电视部门进行台站数据管理,有效提高数据管理水平;利用地理信息技术构建电波空间传播模型,直观展示电波在真实世界中的传播及覆盖情况。结果表明,基于地理信息技术构建的广播电视频率规划软件直观展示了频率之间的相互关系和对未来规划的影响。该文可为节约频谱资源,科学地规划广播电视频率提供决策支持。
