摘要(Abstract)：
GeoRSS是一种向图像,文字和其他数字信息添加地理坐标的计算机标准的新兴技术。目前Yahoo、Microsoft和Google公司均已支持GeoRSS格式的数据。本文从GeoRSS模型、核心概念、编码方式三个方面对GeoRSS技术进行了较为全面的阐述,为学习和应用GeoRSS提供一些参考。
