自然资源管理辅助决策服务平台设计与实现Design and implementation of the auxiliary decision-making service platform for the management of natural resources

摘要(Abstract):
针对目前自然资源业务信息化中存在的问题,该文利用"互联网+"技术,依托"一张图"核心数据库,提出了构建自然资源管理辅助决策服务平台。探讨了系统的架构设计,明确了系统的关键技术难点,分析了系统实施方案和自然资源的辅助决策功能。该系统能有效地提升自然资源数据应用的深度和广度,支撑科学决策和对外服务水平。
