支座位移预警的相空间重构与神经网络模型实现Phase space reconstruction and neural network model for bearing displacement early warning implementation

摘要(Abstract):
针对桥梁健康监测系统支座位移预警阈值的设置问题,该文采用相空间重构与滑动窗口Elman神经网络预测模型相结合的方法进行研究。以国内某特大跨径拱桥支座位移作为研究对象,选用改进的C-C算法确定嵌入维数和延迟时间,通过对一维时间序列的重构来恢复系统原动力特征。同时,为避免Elman神经网络训练时长过大、不能在线及时更新参数的问题,采用滑动窗口方法对Elman神经网络训练数据进行实时更新,建立基于相空间重构的滑动窗口Elman神经网络预警模型,对支座位移预测均值进行区间估计。实验表明该预警方法能够得到区间型的位移阈值,可以敏感地发现位移的异常变化,实现多级预警,确保桥梁安全。
