多特征模糊融合的SAR影像变化检测SAR image change detection based on fuzzy set theory by fusing multiple image features

摘要(Abstract):
针对利用SAR影像单特征变化检测精度低的问题,该文提出了一种基于模糊理论的多特征融合的变化检测方法。首先计算前后时相SAR影像的灰度、梯度和纹理特征的结构相似度,然后用Sigmoid型隶属函数描述相似度阈值附近的不确定性,计算像素分别属于变化类和非变化类的隶属度,最后根据最大隶属度原则将模糊量输出为确定量,得到融合后的变化检测图。通过两组真实SAR数据实验表明:该方法明显优于传统的方法,也提高了基于单一特征变化检测结果的精度。
