摘要(Abstract)：

为了更好地满足网络化用户的应用需求,本文研究设计面向服务的城市基础地理信息元数据目录系统,其整个体系由门户应用层、核心服务层和基础数据层三个层次构成。本文所研究的目录系统应用了基于角色的访问控制模型,并基于.NET平台进行系统开发,以更好地实现地理信息元数据服务功能。
