摘要(Abstract)：
信息时代的高度城市化对城市规划、管理提出了更高的要求 ,为此 ,提出了开发、建设城市综合功能 GIS的构想 ,介绍了系统硬、软件平台及系统功能 ,分析并论述了开发城市综合功能 GIS可以使城市规划管理更加科学 ,系统功能更加强大 ,可避免重复投资和重复建设 ,便于数据更新和管理维护。
