多层次地质灾害领域本体构建与应用Domain ontology construction and application of multi-level geological disasters

摘要(Abstract):
针对地质灾害知识内容不完全,缺乏形式化、可共享和复用的统一描述机制等问题,该文提出一种多层次地质灾害领域本体构建方法,以地震灾害为例,通过对概念、语义和时空定义地质灾害本体的层次结构和层次表达;在各层次关系描述中将概念层与语义层有机结合,支持多层次下的灾害数据的关联表示,应用于一体化综合智能减灾服务系统,并结合实际案例对地质灾害应急信息进行主动推送服务于领导决策,验证该方法有效性与可靠性。
