基于LCA的工业过程碳排放建模和环境评价Modeling and environmental assessment of industrial carbon emissions based on LCA

摘要(Abstract):
针对我国化工类企业在生产过程中排放大量温室气体和污染物,造成气候变暖和区域重度雾霾事件频发的现状,该文提出了基于生命周期的工业过程碳排放计量和环境影响评价方法。采用生命周期分析方法对工业过程进行碳排放清单分析,较好地理清了工艺流程中各单元的碳排放当量;同时借助GaBi软件,采用环境影响潜势分析方法对工业过程进行了进一步的环境影响评价,实现了复杂工艺流程中重污染单元的精确定位。基于内蒙古苏尼特碱厂的两类碱产品工业过程的分析表明:这两类方法运用于工业过程的生命周期分析都是可行的,分析的结果对于工业过程整改解决方案的提出具有重要的参考价值。
