基于WebGIS的交通事故应急发布平台研究The updating model for the spatial distribution of the grid-based GDP

摘要(Abstract)：
本文针对目前交通存在的实际问题,运用传感器网络技术和WebGIS技术探索交通事故应急的专题平台,实现交通事故信息的及时发布和事故信息的条件查询及统计;及时提供实时信息,有效减少因事故等原因引起的塞车现象;在实时动态数据的基础上,结合救援信息库、经验数据库、专家数据库为决策者提供及时的合理化建议等功能。该构架的功能在实际应用中有一定的现实效果。本文主要在相关理论基础上,探索传感器网络技术支持的WebGIS在交通应急中的专题应用。
