1∶50000地形数据库动态更新数字外业巡查系统Digital field inspection system of 1∶50 000 terrain database renewal project

摘要(Abstract):
针对地形要素内外业更新的一体化无缝衔接问题,设计并实现了基于数据库增量更新的数字外业巡查系统。采用数字外业巡查系统,较好地解决了1∶50 000地形数据库重点要素每年更新一次与传统纸质外业调绘作业模式的矛盾,适应了地理空间数据多元化、高效性的社会需求,实现地形要素内外业更新的真正一体化无缝衔接。基于1∶50 000地形数据库动态更新项目的实际应用情况证明:系统贴合生产紧密,运行效率高,程序流畅,操作简单,得到用户和专家的一致认可,对地理空间要素的快速动态更新、内外业作业流程、外业调绘产品模式等研究与应用具有一定的参考价值。
